Clear rules for using HackrPost.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use HackrPost. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may need to sign in through a supported third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information, and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that compromises the Service or another person’s information.

HackrPost provides AI-assisted tools for turning topics, drafts, and brand guidance into carousel copy and visuals. The Service may allow you to edit and reorder slides, save projects, regenerate content, apply brand materials, and export files for use on third-party platforms.

HackrPost does not publish directly to TikTok through the carousel workflow and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok or its affiliates.

You retain any rights you have in the prompts, drafts, images, logos, fonts, brand materials, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, process, modify, and display Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide features you request.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content and to permit us to process it. You are responsible for reviewing generated and exported content before using or publishing it and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or similar to content produced for other users. You must use your own judgment and independently verify important claims. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or eligible for intellectual property protection.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use output generated for you subject to these Terms and any third-party rights. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use that output.

You agree not to use the Service to:

HackrPost currently does not charge you to access the carousel Service. We may apply generation, storage, export, or other reasonable usage limits and may change those limits as the Service develops.

We may introduce paid features in the future. Before charging you, we will present the applicable price, billing terms, and any additional conditions for your agreement. These Terms do not authorize us to charge you without that separate disclosure and agreement.

The Service relies on third-party providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, storage, and AI generation. Your use of third-party services or platforms may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content that we do not control.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by HackrPost or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights in the Service are transferred to you.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or harm, or used the Service unlawfully. We may also discontinue all or part of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of projects, or particular results from generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HackrPost and its team members will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HackrPost and its team members from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from Your Content, your use of generated or exported content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

We may update the Service and these Terms as HackrPost develops. We will post revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Changes will apply prospectively. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply based on the circumstances and any mandatory rights available where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
